Red Kites at Remenham near Henley Sept 2007

Lucy is now all grown up and married and has a house of her own, but occasionally we can grab time for a walk in the countryside together.  In September 2007 we went over to Remenham, a beautiful stretch of the Thames upstream in Oxfordshire, where we chanced upon dozens of Red Kites chasing the small mammals being disturbed by the ploughing of a stubble field.
